We are proud to offer the 2010 PHARMACY PHASHION SCHOLARSHIP  to one most deserving pharmacy student in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500). The scholarship is designed to help subsidize a pharmacy student’s college education.  Along with the scholarship, the winner will recieve a different PHARMACY PHASHION t-shirt each month for 12 months. 

It is given once a year and selection is based on the following eligibility and requirements:

1. Applicants must be U.S. residents.
   
   
2. Applicants must be a full-time first, second or third year student enrolled in an accredited college of pharmacy at the time of applying for the scholarship.
   
   
3. Applicants must submit the following documentations:
   
   
   • a. Most recent semester school transcript.
     
     
   • b. A two-page essay of no more than 1000 words articulating the applicants’ views on “Creativity in Pharmacy.”
     
     
   • c. Please include a cover page on the essay that provides your name, birthdate, home address, phone number, and email so we can contact you.
   
   

   Please email the documentations to haithai@pharmacyphashion.com on or before May 1, 2010. The recipient will be notified by June 1, 2010 and the award will be posted to the recipient’s college of pharmacy scholarship office by August 1, 2010. The winner will have his/her picture along with the winning essay posted on this webpage.
