We are proud to offer the 2008 Pharmacy Phashion Scholarship to one most deserving pharmacy student in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1000). The scholarship is designed to help subsidize a pharmacy student’s college education.

It is given once a year and selection is based on the following eligibility and requirements:

1. Applicants must be U.S. residents.



2. Applicants must be a full-time first, second, third or fourth year student enrolled in an accredited college of pharmacy.



3. Applicants must submit the following documentations:



• a. Most recent semester school transcript.



• b. A two-page essay of no more than 1000 words articulating the applicants’ views on “Creativity in Pharmacy.”



• c. Please include a cover page on the essay that provides your name, birthdate, home address, phone number, and email so we can contact you.



Please mail all documentations to the address provided on the Contact Page, to be postmarked no later than May 1, 2008. The recipient will be notified by June 1, 2008 and the award will be posted to the recipient’s college of pharmacy scholarship office by August 1, 2008. The winner will have his/her picture along with the winning essay posted on our webpage.
