1.   I changed my mind.  Can I get a refund or exchange? 

All purchased items may be fully refunded or exchanged within 10 days of purchase.  Please call or email us.

2.   Do you ship to my country?

We currently only ship to U.S. addresses

3.   When can I expect my order to ship? 

All orders placed before 5 PM EST will go out that same day.  Orders placed after 5 PM EST will go out the next day.  We provide one shipping service:  USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days).

Shipping costs: US First Class Mail is flat rate of $5.00 per order. 

4.   What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.  Your account will be charged for the amount of sale at the time your order is shipped.

5.   Do you charge sales tax? 

PHARMACY PHASHION is located in Chandler, AZ.  By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within Arizona.  Orders shipped outside of Arizona are not subject to sales tax.

6.   What are the size dimensions of your t-shirts and polo shirts?

Measurements are in inches.

7.  Are you able to make custom t-shirts for my pharmacy school or organization?  

Yes, we would be happy to help you custom design and make t-shirts.  Minimum order is 12 shirts, and prices will depend on the number of print colors on the shirts. All t-shirts will be 6 ounce 100% cotton and will bear the signature embroidered Pharmacy Phashion Pill Patch on the left sleeve. Design must not be offensive or distasteful.
