FAQ

1. Who is Pharmacy Phashion? 
   
   We are a clothing company owned and operated by a family of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.  We are based in Mesa, AZ.  Our primary goal is to bring comfort, fun, and pride to all pharmacy professionals through our custom designed clothing.  Our secondary goal is to help subsidize pharmacy education through our Pharmacy Phashion Scholarship.
   
   
2. I changed my mind.  Can I get a refund or exchange? 
   
   All purchased items may be fully refunded or exchanged within 10 days of purchase.  Please call or email us.
   
   
3. Do you ship to my country?
   
   We currently only ship to U.S. addresses
   
   
   
4. When can I expect my order to ship? 
   
   All orders placed before 5 PM EST will go out that same day.  Orders placed after 5 PM EST will go out the next day.  We provide two shipping services:  USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days) and FedEx 2-day.
   
   Shipping costs: US First Class Mail is $3.50 per order.  FedEx 2nd Day Air is $10.50 per order.
   
   
5. What form of payment do you accept?
   
     We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.  Your account will be charged for the amount of sale at the time your order is shipped.
   
   
   
6. Do you charge sales tax? 
   
   Pharmacy Phashion is located in Mesa, AZ.  By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within Arizona.  Orders shipped outside of Arizona are not subject to sales tax.
   
   
   
7. Do you give discounts for large orders? 
   
   Yes, we give free shipping on all orders over $100, and also a 10% discount on all orders over $200.

9. My school or organization would like for you to customize polo shirts and t-shirts with our logo or theme on them. Could you do that?
   
   Yes, we are committed to bringing comfort, fun, and pride to all pharmacy schools and pharmacy organizations.  Whether you are leading a fundraiser or just wanting to create something cool for your peers, we would be happy to work with you to customize and personalize shirts to meet your needs.  We also welcome new ideas and suggestions for t-shirts.  If your idea is selected for printing, we will send you a free shirt
